1. HOOK – Start with the voice of the customer (or your reaction to it):Lead with a quote, a reaction, or a standout result. Show the transformation or emotion right away.
Ex: “She messaged me: ‘I actually wore it out of the house. I haven’t done that in years.’”Ex: “She was just going to ‘try it on’… now she’s asking if she can wear it to her daughter’s wedding!”
2. HEART – Share the backstory (just enough to make it relatable):What were they struggling with? Why did they reach out? Keep it respectful, but personal.
Ex: “When she came to me, she hadn’t worn anything fitted since before her kids were born. She didn’t think she could pull it off. But we found her perfect piece—and something in her shifted.”Ex: “She’d been burned by cheap shapewear before. I promised her this would feel different… and it did.”
3. HERO – Wrap with the win—and the reader’s invitation:
Celebrate her moment. Then turn gently to your audience.
“Watching her confidence bloom is exactly why I do this. If you’re ready to feel like you again, let’s talk. I’ve got room for one more fitting this week."
Ex: “She gave me permission to share her story—because she knows someone else needs to hear it. Maybe that someone is you.”
